Chapter Two The Grain Offering In this chapter we will deal with the grain offering. This offering was completely bloodless, and dealt entirely with ground grain. The King James Version of the Bible uses the word meat offering, which is translated into meal offering. Webster’s New World Dictionary offers this definition for meal: Any edible grain, coarsely ground such as corn. So why the confusion?
